- Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted to determine if a modified mindfulness intervention could prevent attrition, low work satisfaction, and burnout of primary care physicians. A linear mixed-effects model analysis was used in assessing the changes in outcome measures. It found that abbreviated mindfulness training promotes clinician well-being and health, which in turn has positive impact on patient care.
