- Title
Genetic Fingerprinting of Golden seal (Hydrastis canadensis L. [Ranunculaceae]) using AFLP markers.

- Abstract
The article presents a study on Goldenseal or Ranunculaceae, a plant mainly use for medicine, using amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP). The study demonstrated that AFLP analysis can determine genetic relationships between accessions of plant species from Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. The determination of the genetic relationship and the genetic diversity of accessions through the method of molecular marker can be used for selection of parental material for plant breeders.
