- Abstract
The article focuses on the proposal for International Personal Data Privacy Treaty, a privacy protection of personal information stored in electronic databases. It states that there is a need for modern society to have such Treaty in order to protect privacy in an international basis. It mentions that Internet can cause harm to the privacy rights of an individual's data particularly those that are used in healthcare and airline industry. Also discussed are the four styles privacy rights regulation from the U.S., China, African Union, and the European Union.
