- Abstract
Background: Alzheimers disease is a neurodegenerative disease that reduced memory capacity and numerous changes occur in the brain , in which case it is said that a patient with dementia (dementia) is. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of eight weeks endurance training on hippocampal levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha female rats with Alzheimer's Disease. Methods: 30 female Sperag Dawley rats were randomly divided in to three groups. Eight weeks of endurance training on a treadmills with no incline at a speed of 15 to 20 meters per minute for 15 to 30 minutes per session and ran five times a week.Tumor necrosis factor-alpha in the hippocampal levels were measured in all groups. For statistical analysis of data used two way ANOVA and tukey post hoc tests. Results: The findings showed that hippocampal levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha in the exercise group was significantly lower than the sham group. Trimethyl poisoning thin hippocampal surface TNF- alpha increases sharply in female rats. While endurance training hippocampal levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha in this animal model reduces ( p< 0/05) . Conclusion: Based on these findings, we conclude that endurance training in rats with hippocampal levels of TNF-alpha reduces Alzheimers.
