- Abstract
An essay is presented on the concepts of Association of American Law Schools (AALS) President Rachel Moran on transformative law and citizen-lawyer in the U.S. An explanation by Professor Moran is offered regarding the reason that law professors should participate in preserving civic values and promote moral agency in the country. The author also points out that transformative law is a law that fulfills social monitoring and reformation functions.
