- Abstract
The author discusses primary dental care services provided by Neighborhood Outreach Action of Health (NOAH) in Scottsdale, Arizona. The NOAH school-linked and school-based family centered care initiatives are said to serve low-income and uninsured children. An overview of the comprehensive care provided by the integrated service model for families with oral diseases is offered. The author opines that time and further evaluation is needed to measure the success of this progressive model.
