- Abstract
Artificial intelligence has revolutionized the form of education and teaching. The traditional role of teachers has been impacted by the application of artificial intelligence in education. In the era of artificial intelligence, teachers' role anxiety has become an important factor restricting the development of intelligent education. Based on the definition of teachers' role anxiety, the specific manifestations of teachers' role anxiety in the era of artificial intelligence are the professional accomplishment anxiety caused by the rapid updating of knowledge and the teachers' slow self-development, the career prospect anxiety caused by the boundlessness of intelligent education field and teachers' seeking stability and the ethical anxiety caused by the conflict between the expectations of intelligent education and the subjective demands of teachers. The ways to relieve teachers爷 role anxiety in the era of artificial intelligence are put forwards as follows: the first is to clarify teachers爷 knowledge demands in the field of intelligent education and to construct a school-based teacher information accomplishment cultivation system; the second is to construct the identity of teachers as the technical leaders and to adhere to the professional advantages of teachers in the field of intelligent education; the third is to accurately diagnose and meet teachers爷 demands for intelligent education and to focus on the design of evidence-based anxiety resolution mechanism.
