- Abstract
This document is a correction notice for an article titled "Microglial MHC-I induction with aging and Alzheimer's is conserved in mouse models and humans" published in the journal GeroScience. The original article contained incorrect color legends for Figure 4 B&C, which have now been corrected. The corrected figure shows that cell surface microglial MHC-I protein expression increases with aging. The authors conducted experiments on mice and found that the staining intensity for panH2, a marker for MHC-I expression, was greater in older mice compared to younger ones. The findings were consistent with a second panH2 antibody as well. The correction notice is authored by Collyn M. Kellogg, Kevin Pham, Adeline H. Machalinski, Hunter L. Porter, Harris E.
