- Abstract
Turning to looking at the internal environment of organizations, it is assimilated that the constitution of different processes and the way resources are handled directly impact on the development and achievement of business objectives, and as drivers in order to achieve these proposals, there are leaders at the strategic level in the organization. In order for this to occur in a way that benefits, optimizes and makes effective the results obtained by the management, the assumption of recognition of the leader profile, including the organizational role practiced and understood by the principles that support the organization, is launched. In this sense, in view of the relevance of the theme and knowing that the LGBT + community is characterized as a minority group, it is worth reflecting on the aspects of Leadership and the insertion of this group in companies in the Adamantina micro-region. To this end, this study analyzed data extracted from a survey of 32 companies in the cities of Adamantina and Lucélia, in order to outline the configuration of these organizations towards LGBT + employees, given the inclusion factor, their measurement in the contribution to the organizational role, and the positioning of companies in relation to LGBT + leaders, in view of the practical absence of the inclusion of the group in organizational contexts in inland cities. The objective was to conceptualize and contextualize, with theoretical bases, the issues inherent to the LGBT + community, to the leaders, as well as the role of the leader and his constitution, and the reality of the cities where the companies that composed the research are located, providing necessary data for discussions and scores on the topic. To carry out the research, an online questionnaire was randomly distributed to companies participating in the economy of the Adamantina micro-region, obtaining 32 responses, which were analyzed in a comparative and critical manner, enabling the construction of the graphs provided in this article., demonstrating, in this sample of the companies that composed the research, that more than half scored having knowledge of LGBT + in the workforce, however only 5.5% of these organizations allocate this intellectual capital at the strategic level, which agglomerates, in itself, the positions of leadership of organizations.
