- Abstract
An essay is presented on political and constitutional problems of urbanization in the U.S. It discusses the politics and the structure of suburbia, and offers information on a study published by the Housing and Home Finance Agency (HHFA), listing devices for procedural and structural adaptations for solving problems of metropolitan area. It mentions the problem of boundaries, and two approaches for achieving metropolitan governmental arrangements within metropolitan areas.
