- Abstract
The synthesis of novel tetrazole ring contain sulfa drug derivatives by reaction between azide and nitrile derivatives by using ammonium chloride as catalyst. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by NMR and FTIR spectroscopic methods. The tetrazole derivatives were assayed for the antibacterial activity against Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus Pneumonia.
