- Abstract
The article offers information on the legislative apportionment in the U.S. It states that justiciability is questioned in a condition when a case is filed in a state court rather than a federal court, as all state courts do not apply federal principles. It discusses the relevence of distinguishing congressional district cases from state legislative apportionment and districting cases. Several cases of apportionment mentioned in the article include Carroll versus Becker case, Koenig versus Flynn. case, and Magraw versus Donovan case.
