- Abstract
The author examines the possibility of an all-graduate nursing profession in Great Britain. The advantages and disadvantages of the all-graduate profession in Australia and New Zealand are discussed. The responsibilities of the enrolled nurses in Australia to ensure standards of nursing care are discussed. The Australian points-based system for issuing visas to allow foreign workers access into Great Britain is also discussed.
