- Abstract
The article discusses the constitutionality of statutes banning sex offenders who are no longer under any form of probation or supervised release from using social media. It mentions the incarnations of three of the social media ban examined by the U.S. federal judiciary that were found unconstitutional as they violate the free speech rights of the sex offenders. Also is examined the importance of social media in modern society.
