- Abstract
In order to clarify the herbicidal activity and crop safety of the weed pathogenic strain GD-0221, the weed pathogenic strain GD-0221 was isolated from the roots of diseased licorice (Glycyrrhizauralensis) by tissue separation method. The taxonomic status of the strain was determined, the pathogenicity of the strain to the isolated leaves of five broad-leaved weeds was studied by the method of bacterial cake inoculation, and the pathogenicity of the strain to the potted plants of five broad-leaved weeds was studied by the spray inoculation method of fermentation broth. and safety to the main crops in Qinghai. According to the results of strain morphology and DNA sequence analysis, the strain was identified as Fusarium oxysporum. The strain was effective against five broad-leaved weeds Elsholtzia densa, Chenopodium album (Chenopodium album), mallow (Malva verticillata), sorrel leaves (Polygonum lapathifolium), and sorghum (Polygonum aviculare) are all pathogenic, and the incidence of weeds in the live inoculation test is 33.33%-100.00%. The pathogenic effect of Huaxiangju is the most prominent. In terms of crop safety, this strain is safe for highland barley (Hordeum vulgare) and wheat (Triticum aestivum), while it is safe for rape (Brassica campestr), broad bean (Vicia faba) and pea (Pisum sativum). Unsafe performance. GD-0221 strain has the potential to be developed as a microbial herbicide for controlling broadleaf weeds in grass crops.
