- Abstract
The cuttings of Yalin No. 6 were collected from the seedling nursery of young rootstocks, and the rooting test of hardwood cuttings was carried out. The different concentration solutions prepared by plant growth regulator IBA, ABT1, NAA, GGR6, IAA and the cuttings were soaked in water as a control. Then the cuttings were placed on a sterile substrate. After 45 days of tending under a shaded arch film moisturizing environment and 15 days under an open-air drip irrigation environment, the rooting effect was sampled and tested, the difference was significant, and the multiple comparison analysis was performed. The results showed that the different treatments were different. There are significant differences in the rooting effect of cuttings among the cuttings. IAA, IBA, GGR6, etc. have higher rooting rates and sprout growth under appropriate proportions. Among them, the rooting rates of treatments A1, G3, and G2 reached 75.6%, 56.9% and 52.8%, respectively. They are all significantly higher than other treatments; the rules of rooting rate and callus incidence are inconsistent; the rooting types include skin rooting, callus rooting, and mixed rooting; in the experiment, the rooting of cuttings is mainly rooted on the skin, and mixed rooting is supplemented ; Treatments such as IAA are beneficial to improve the occurrence of skin rooting, and treatments such as NAA and IBA with humic acid are beneficial to promote callus rooting. The cutting rooting effect of IAA 250 mg·L-1 solution treatment is the best, GGR6500 mg·L- 1 The rooting effect of cuttings is the second. Comprehensive cost advantage and ease of operation, it is recommended to use GGR6500 mg·L-1 treatment in production to cultivate cuttings of persimmon rootstock
