- Abstract
The article presents information on the ways in which automating the sales compensation process can possibly benefit financial organizations as of Winter 2014, with a focus on efforts by financial executives to reduce sales compensation risks. According to the article, automating the process may result in higher rates of compliance, reduced error rates, improved financial projecting and forecasting, and sales team motivation.
