Granuloma annulare mimicking eruptive dermatofibroma in an HIV-positive male: A challenge with distinct dermatoscopic findings Granuloma annulare (GA) is a benign, relatively common inflammatory dermatosis with unknown etiology that occurs in all age groups. Physical examination revealed, multiple, firm, nontender, violaceous-brown-colored papules and nodules ranging in size from 5 to 10 mm on the upper back, hip, shoulders, and upper and lower extremities.
