- Abstract
An editorial is presented which addresses equality in relation to the data collected for the U.S. National Survey of Older Americans Act Participants and advocacy for the needs of older LGBT adults in America as of 2017. According to the article, America's Older Americans Act deals with the needs and basic living standards of older adults. The proposed elimination of a survey question about sexual orientation is examined, along with sexual and gender minority older adults.
