- Authors
Bajwa, Sanjeev
- Abstract
The article comments on the court case Apple v. Samsung in which a jury in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled that electronic products firm Samsung infringed on numerous patents of consumer electronics maker and ordered the foreign company to pay the damages. Topics include the idea of blue ribbon jury panels not immune from criticism and the implementation of a system that precludes the use of a jury stated to raise a constitutional issue.
