- Abstract
The article presents information on the issue of stateless babies and adoption scams with respect to the practice of the international commercial surrogacy. The advancement in the technology for allowing gestational surrogacy leads in the practice of global surrogacy. Information on the procedure of in vitro fertilization with respect to the cases and the decisions of the courts regarding the issue is also presented.
