Abstract
The article reports on the resolution of the legal case of Nulankeyutmonen Nkihtaqmikon vs. Impson. In the case, a group of private citizens living on the Pleasant Point Passamaquoddy Reservation in Maine had filed a lawsuit in which they expressed their opposition to the construction of a liquid natural gas terminal on the reservation. The U.S. District Court dismissed the case.
