- Abstract
The article discusses the narratological concepts and approaches which could play an important role in the study and practice of public administration. It mentions that the Dutch scholar Mieke Bal in her revised edition of "Narratology: An Introduction to the Study of Narrative," offers structural features which defines narrative text. It states that narratives has a different narrating voices and viewpoints enclosed within. It says that Innovations Award in the U.S. is the most crucial in the public sector and this are the type of organizational change process.
