- Abstract
The article focuses on a study which examines the heat shock treatment as a way of inducing systemic acquired resistance (SAR) immunity system in the Arabidopsis plant. It mentions several techniques including polymerase chain reaction, statistical analysis and heat shock treatment which are used as the research methodologies. The result reveals that heat shock can induce SAR but the mechanism behind the regulation mechanism for maintenance is still unknown.
