- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 63-year-old woman with Alzheimer's disease (AD) mimicking corticobasal degeneration (CBD)-like symptoms. The patient started showing parkinsonian symptoms a year after developing difficulties in speaking and writing. Diagnosis of AD was made based on dopamine transporter (DAT) imaging.
