- Title
Productive Justice.
- Authors
STANCZYK, LUCAS
- Abstract
The author discusses productive justice, or the equal access to goods and their distribution. He states that based on views of social justice, the production of goods is settled through a labor market because justice allows that occupational choices are not constrained and the state is forbidden from forcibly assigning jobs. However, he argues that both of these points cannot be true, suggesting that states have the right to restrict free choices in order to improve human welfare.
