- Abstract
Barley has the advantages of early maturity, high yield, barren-tolerance and extensive cultivation, strong adaptability. It is the main small koharu crops in Heqing county, which has well coordinated and solved the problem of the local contradiction between large and small spring stubble, and effectively promoted the sustainable development of grain production, pig production and barley wine industry. As a raw material for a variety of wine brewing, barley is mainly used to produce beer, and it can also brew liquor, vodka, whisky, etc. The barley wine produced in Heqing county has a long history. It is a liquor brand in Yunnan province, and well-known in the northwest of Yunnan, Heqing Royal Liquor is a Chinese well-known trademark. The quality of Xiaozhen Liquor brewed by the majority of farmers using barley as raw material is superior. In recent years, the developed barley wine series products in Heqing county are deeply loved by consumers with large consumption and good prospects. Taking Heqing county as an example, the development process of barley wine in Heqing county was introduced, and some countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of barley in liquor industry were put forward in view of the current utilization of barley in different scale wineries in Heqing county and the main problems existing in liquor production, and the development prospects of barley in the wine industry and related ancillary industries in the future were forecasted.
