- Abstract
The slider-type spherical rotor pump has the characteristics of simple structure, no dead point and double displacement per week. It is suitable for ultra-miniature hydraulic pumps, but the reciprocating motion and flow pulsation of the rotating disc will cause increased vibration. The spherical pump was modeled dynamically, and the inertia moment of the piston and the gyroscopic moment generated by the movement of the rotating disk were obtained. It can be seen from the moment curves that the overall moment depends on the gyro moment. The volume equation of the spherical pump was established, and the flow curves were obtained by interpolation method. The multi-pump synthesis vibration reduction measures were used to offset the gyro torque and flow pulsation and reduce vibration. The vibration of the whole machine under the action of torque was simulated by ADAMS-Vibration, and the flow curve of the multi-pump was simulated by MATLAB. The vibration amplitude and flow pulsation of the multi-pump are greatly reduced, which proves the effectiveness of the vibration reduction measures.
