- Abstract
The spherical distribution pair has compact structure, large bearing area and strong anti-overturning moment capability. It is one of the commonly used structures of high-pressure and large-flow plunger pumps. Therefore, a reliability evaluation method for fatigue cracking and wear degradation of spherical distribution pair with a certain inclination angle of the plunger was proposed. The distribution model of the spherical distribution pair oil film was established, and the pressure expressions of the inner and outer sealing belts were obtained to realize the force analysis of the distribution pair. Through the ANSYS simulation model of the spherical distribution pair and analyzing the weak links of the cylinder, the fatigue reliability analysis of the cylinder was carried out based on the Miner criterion. The wear reliability of the spherical valve pair was calculated based on the inverse Gaussian theory. Finally, the fatigue reliability and wear reliability were combined to study the overall reliability. The research results show that the weakest link of the spherical distribution pair of the axial piston pump with inclined piston is the sharp corner at the junction of the high and low pressure chambers. Under the given stress and pressure conditions, when the survival rate is 50%, the minimum cycles number of equipment is 4.839x109 times, and the cylinder life is 31 839.52 h. The magnitude order of the overall stress cycles is consistent with the lower cycle counts magnitude order of fatigue and wear reliability, and thus reduces overall reliability when considering multiple reliability combinations.
