- Abstract
Low Impact Development (LID) facilities play a significant role in effectively alleviating urban waterlogging and reducing nonpoint source pollution. In order to explore a more systematic and comprehensive layout plan for LID facilities, the SWMM model was used to simulate the combined effects of four typical LID facilities in a certain urban area of Shuozhou City in Shanxi Province, including green roofs, sunken green spaces, rainwater gardens and permeable paving. On the basis of building an evaluation index system for LID facility combination schemes, the subjective weights obtained by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the objective weights obtained by Improved Entropy Value Method (IEVM) were combined and weighted. It determined the comprehensive rating ranking of each scheme, comprehensively considered the water volume, water quality, construction costs and social benefits of the study area and selected the optimal LID facility combination scheme by using TOPSIS. The results show that under a rainfall recurrence period of 10 years, Scheme Q3 has the highest placement progress, with a green roof area accounting for 5%, a sunken green space area accounting for 10%, a rainwater garden area accounting for 5% and a permeable pavement area accounting for 5%. Scheme Q3 has a runoff control rate of 43.3% for the study area and a reduction rate of 42.9% for pollutant SS.
