- Abstract
Interactive agility training gains an advantage, which is the possibility of using these exercises to develop great strength and increase muscle hypertrophy, and interactive agility training, like any other exercise, is subject to sports training, where the progress is slow from simple to complex, from low intensity to medium intensity, then maximum intensity, as it is characterized by high intensity In its performance, therefore, the player must limit the necessary muscle strength, which allows him to perform well. The study aims to prepare interactive agility exercises and to identify the impact of these exercises in developing the physical and biomechanical capabilities of youth weightlifting players. The study aimed to prepare interactive agility exercises, and to identify the effect of Interactive agility exercises in the development of marital and individual support, moving within the circle, some physical and biomechanical variables, and the achievement of throwing weights for young people. The researcher used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the problem by designing one experimental group with a pre and post test. Their number is (6) players, and the sample represents (100%) of the research community, and the field research procedures included (physical abilities tests and measurement of biomechanical variables). These exercises were applied within the main section of the training unit and lasted from 45-50 minutes, by (2) One unit per week for a period of (8) weeks. In light of the results obtained by the researcher, the researchers concluded, and by analyzing and discussing the results of the research, that the interactive agility exercises had an impact on the development of physical capabilities, biomechanical variables, and achievement of the research sample through the results obtained. The results are an improvement in the special strength, launch variables, and linear velocity for some parts of the body. The researchers recommend the need to pay attention to diversifying the different training methods in the process of training and learning.
