The article reports the decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia in the case 'Harjo v. Pro Football.' It reports that considering the decision of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), the court cancel the registration of the Washington Redskins football team, based on the claim that the name was disparaging to Native Americans.
