- Abstract
In this article, the author discusses the antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)–associated vasculitis (AAV) which is a rare disease that affects all ethnic groups with varying incidence and clinical characteristics. It mentions that diagnostic utility of serial ANCA testing for predicting AAV relapse discovery of ANCAs. It also mentiona that injection of human PR3-ANCA into humanized mice fails inflammation.
