Obesity is a physical burden that depletes the joints of the body, and impeding movement, as the woman loses her agility at the level of some parts of the body such as: the abdomen, arms, thigh... etc It has led the specialists to find multiple solutions and means in order to reduce them by using weighted food (natural food diet) or resorting to aesthetic surgeries. Our study aims to suggest a training program to lose weight for non-working women, including several exercises for obese women.
