Reports on the case of an uneventful five-hour long laryngeal mask anesthesia in a spontaneously breathing 11-year-old boy who is undergoing lower limb surgery. Establishment of routine monitoring which consisted of electrocardiograph, pulse oximeter, non-invasive blood pressure monitor and capnograph.
