Abstract
The article discusses a study conducted by psychologist Jeffrey M. Brunstrom, along with his colleagues at Loughborough University in Great Britain, on the assessment of the dietary restrain and cognitive performance of children as compared to adults. Results show that children with dietary restraint suffer from the same kinds of cognitive impairment as that of the adults.
