- Abstract
The article presents a simple procedure of marking the relevant areas of skin after patch tests. The usual method recommended is to use a skin marker or felt pen, but marks quickly fade and disappear. A simple procedure to solve these problems is to make a dot about 4-5 mm, beside each mark and over these rows of dots is applied a transparent tape. By this method, the marks never fade and when the readings are complete, the tape is removed taking off the dots with it, leaving the patient with a clean back and avoiding the necessity of washing off the marks.
