- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 41-year-old Chinese patient with left femoral head filled with soft tissue obtained from a hip haemophilic arthropathy after a total hip replacement. The patient was also diagnosed with osteonecrosis by a computed tomography test. The femoral head of the patient was cut open coronally and seen spindle-shaped bone defect. Tests also revealed several macroscopic blood vessels in the soft tissue.
