- Abstract
An interview with labor historian James R. Barrett, co-founder of the Labor and Working-Class Association, is presented. Barrett discusses his family background and how it helped shape his career. When asked about why he has encouraged labor historians to pay more attention to religion, he refers to the big influence religion had on his life and its central role on the working class communities. He also discusses some major developments within the field of labor and working-class history.
