- Abstract
As reported by Khurram Saleem Joya, and co‐workers in article number 1301929, nickel‐oxide nanoworm‐structured electrocatalysts generated in situ from neutral bicarbonate system show remarkable stability and efficiency, in addition to high anodic water oxidation current densities at moderate overpotential. The study provides a good starting point for the design of robust nanostructured materials based on self‐assembled electrocatalytic systems for the direct conversion of solar energy to generate chemical feedstock and clean fuels for a sustainable future.
