Information about several papers discussed at an event held November 10, 2010 on the emphasis of the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act and the country's Don't Ask Don't Tell (DADT) military policy is presented. Topics include the military policy for homosexuals serving in the army and the organization Log Cabin Republicans advocating equal rights for all Americans including gays. The event featured several panelists including Stephen I. Vladeck, David Rittgers and David McKean.
