- Abstract
This article presents a information on an infants echocardiography to identify heart distress. The infants shared one set of legs and one pelvis but had two heads with two spinal cords in a broad, fused thorax. Two hearts, positioned in the middle of the thorax, shared a common atrial wall. Further analysis of the ECG reveals that one QRS morphology occurred at a rate of 120/mm and was preceded by atrial activity. Atrial activity may be absent or obscured by low cardiac voltage, cardiac malposition, or super imposition of electrical activity from the other rhythm.
