The article discusses lawsuits between social media company, Facebook and its user addressing user privacy and the appropriate limits that should be placed on Facebook's disclosure of users' data. Topics discussed include violation of users' privacy rights by Facebook, dismissal of these cases for lack of injury for standing purposes and the U.S District Court for the Northern District of California case Fraley v. Facebook alleging misappropriation of users' names.
