- Abstract
The article presents two case study related to 10-month-old male developed a febrile urinary tract infection (UTI) and urinary retention after hypospadias repair and 2-year-old boy was referred to the pediatric urology clinic for recurrent UTIs and episodes of right epididymoorchitis. Topics include the patient was managed with antibiotic prophylaxis initially and has developed recurrent UTIs and urinary retention.
