- Abstract
The article examines the contradiction that exists between immigration laws and outsourcing practices, as well as its implication for the legal and illegal minority working classes in the U.S. It explains why the country's outsourcing policy undermines employment immigration policy. It also discusses the growing trend and purposes of outsourcing.
