- Abstract
The article offers information on the process of biotechnology interview in the U.S. and the factors influencing interviewing success. These factors include the overselling of companies which try very hard to recruit the best people from the larger companies and the attitude of company that do not sell enough. It is noted that the interviewer must consider that oftentimes, the ability of an applicant varies to what the job requires. The article further discusses the process of the interview and offers tips for interviewers.
