- Abstract
Learning of economic and financial terms in educational stages allows individuals to make better decisions and act correctly in the face of future actions that have a financial component. Financial education must begin in school classrooms from an early age and constitute a continuous learning process during the individual's life cycle. The objective of this study is to analyze global research trends of the effects of financial literacy and education on individual training, as a tool to address, among other things, creative entrepreneurship, during the period 2010 to 2019. A study was carried out bibliometric analysis of scientific literature. Therefore, 1,586 documents on this subject were identified. The results of the analysis revealed that scientific productivity has increased since 2016, verifying the deep interest in financial education and financial literacy as enhancers of economic knowledge, skills and abilities. The main research trends refer to the analysis of the types of postcrisis entrepreneurship, or the study of trends in youth entrepreneurship.
