- Abstract
The article discusses a study which describes two clusters of primarily non-contact knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries. It is focused on the ACL injuries occurring to players of one professional football team at single venue using portable natural grass systems in a short space of time. It is indicated that the study does not prove that portable natural grass systems are a risk factor for knee injuries in football.
