- Abstract
The article presents a study which analyzes structural changes in infant brain such as the increased synaptogenesis, dendritic arborization, and widespread neurogenesis. Assumed is that unique structural and functional changes in the brain occur during sensitive periods such as the development of stereoscopic vision, cognition, and emotional development.
