- Abstract
The article discusses estimation of first quantitative slip-rate along the Ashikule fault at the western segment of the Altyn Tagh Fault system of Tibetan Plateau. It mentions offsetting of the Aksu River sinistrally by the Ashikule fault. It informs about measurement of the horizontal offsets of the terrace risers with Total Station and collected quartz pebbles for cosmogenic nuclide.
